INTERNATIONAL (USPS Global Priority Mail)

We currently ship to numerous international countries. If your country does not show up on the country dropdown menu when checking out, your order will need to be emailed to us so that we can determine your shipping rate. Please be aware that bioME 5 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. All international orders are shipped by Fedex or USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Tracking is not included in International shipments, however, if you have not received your package within 21 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation, please notify us so that we can investigate the missing package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order.

We want you to be completely happy with your bioME 5 purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.


The returned item(s) must be returned with a sales receipt and in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with packaging and attached hangtag(s). Ship the item(s) prepaid, insured (we are not responsible for items lost in the mail), and securely packaged to the following address:

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping & Handling fees will NOT be credited.

Items purchased at a price discounted at more than 50% off the original price through any promotion or combination of promotions, including but not limited to sales and coupons, are NOT eligible for return.


Please note that exchanges are processed as a return (see RETURNS). If you would like to exchange, please return your item for refund and make a new purchase.


If a package is returned to bioME 5 due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. bioME 5 is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.


bioME 5 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, bioME 5 will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
